The Food Journal | Health Bites

A certain study about Physiology and Behavior reports that remembering what you ate on your last meal may inhibit a craving for a snack.  In the research done, some women were offered cookies and then half of them were asked what they ate for lunch and the other how they came to the testing center.
The researchers found out that half who envisioned their last meal ate 33% fewer treats on average. The memory of your last meal could help stop the impulse of having another bite of what could satisfy you as of the moment. So keeping a Food Journal can help you keep those cravings to your mind and not to your stomach.
